Stanton Chase South Africa, in conjunction with Resonance Coaching, offers an executive coaching practice that specialises in helping high-potential executives and teams to become much more effective leaders. Our coaches use a customised, results-oriented framework to engage in a learning dialogue which helps executives improve performance, achieve shorter-term goals and sustained behavioural change, whilst maximising their personal potential.
