Stanton Chase South Africa, in conjunction with Resonance Coaching, offers an executive coaching practice that specialises in helping high-potential executives and teams to become much more effective leaders. Our coaches use a customised, results-oriented framework to engage in a learning dialogue which helps executives improve performance, achieve shorter-term goals and sustained behavioural change, whilst maximising their personal potential.

Coaching can be particularly useful in guiding newly appointed managers, or those recently identified as high potential, in making the transition into their new roles. This is achieved by helping individuals develop personal insights and understanding of the organisation they have joined. Individuals learn to flex their style to suit the context and to develop leadership capabilities that build on their strengths. This enhances executive commitment and confidence, thereby contributing to engagement and retention.

Coaches are selected on the basis of their real-world business experience, which ensures that enhanced business performance is the primary focus of all coaching processes, to the measurable benefit of the client organisation. All coaches are trained and accredited individuals, and will already have a minimum of 500 hours of executive coaching experience. The latest scientific research into executive coaching drives the development of all practice and coaching tools, ensuring that Resonance Coaching can systematically deliver measurable impact.
