We are proud to inform you about an initiative the Belgrade office took in the past few months: we ran a survey among Millennials in Serbia, since the search for talents in all markets is challenging and involves discovering the needs of future leaders. We also wanted to advise companies in our market and give them some ideas how to attract, retain and develop Millennials.
Firstly, we conducted a survey, together with the representatives of the Career Development and Consulting Center for Students of Belgrade University. The Survey was carried out between February and June 2016, with participation of around 1,000 respondents, all representatives of the Millennial generation. Respondents completed an online Questionnaire with 26 questions related to their attitudes and expectations about their present and future career.
We present you the detailed analysis of the collected data in the book “Millennials Count” and we hope you will find it interesting and useful.
