Stanton Chase’s Cathy Logue tells WSJ new leaders are often already in the wings

Amid challenging times, many companies are faced with reevaluating operational strategies to better position themselves for long-term success. In a recent article in the Wall Street Journal, Cathy Logue , Stanton Chase Global CFO Practice Group Leader, talks about how some companies are seeking to mitigate risk by hiring from within. She says that driving change and helping companies transform their business model amid the pandemic can often be easier for those already in the organization. “It’s about having an internal reputation and the respect of your people,” she adds.
