In the latest of our Women In Leadership video series, Stanton Chase sits down with Hilton Senior Vice President & Global Commercial Director Patricia Page-Champion to talk about her career of more than 20 years with the international luxury hotel chain, which is present in 120 countries. The emphasis on gender equality, she explains, comes from the top, and 40% of the Hilton board is female. “We are diverse by nature, but what we have to be is inclusive,” she says of the company’s worldwide presence.
