As a managing director of Stanton Chase, Peter works with clients on board, C-level, and other senior executive searches, focusing on consumer products & services, the industrial sector, and diversity & inclusion across all industries. He also works with clients on leadership transformation and succession planning.
Peter has successfully executed C-level and other senior executive searches for both publicly traded and privately held companies, including several North America leadership roles for multinational corporations, such as Bridgestone Corporation, The Boeing Company, and Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP).
Peter has worked in the USA, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Australia managing operations, marketing, supply chain, and mergers & acquisitions for some of the world’s largest companies, including The Coca-Cola Company, Royal Dutch Shell, and Tyco Fire & Security, which includes the worldwide operations of ADT Security. He has also been an advisor to boards, CEOs, and private equity funds on strategy, organizational design and structure, mergers and acquisitions, and the assessment and selection of executives for key leadership positions.
In addition to holding C-level and senior management positions with major multinationals, Peter has served on boards in the consumer products & services, financial services, oil & gas, and engineering sectors.
Peter received his BA in music and economics from the University of Florida, and his MBA in finance and management from Emory University. He also completed executive programs in mergers & acquisitions at the University of Chicago, and both valuation and scenario planning at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
