Paulo Leite is a top consumer products and services professional with a solid career in different management roles at some of the most prestigious FMCG companies (Gillette, Mars, Pescanova, Nabisco, Saralee, Bimbo, and Heineken Group) and in different markets (Portugal, Spain, and Mozambique).

Paulo developed his career in positions with direct responsibility for the sales, marketing, finance, HR, and industrial areas, leading multicultural and diverse teams. Most recently before joining Stanton Chase, he was General Manager, CEO, and Board Member of some of the most important international companies on the Portuguese market.

Paulo has master’s degree in business administration from the Instituto Superior de Gestão, Lisbon, and a coaching certification. His solid and diverse experience has developed a large range of competences in management and leadership and also an important contact network.
