Marc Tundo

Marc Tundo is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Switzerland with over three decades of experience in executive positions. He has a profound understanding of the demands that today’s management places on executives, making him the ideal person to spearhead executive searches and lead company reorganization projects and change management initiatives.

Marc has an impressive track record of successfully steering and developing companies on both strategic and operational levels. In his previous role as CFO and Head of Services at a medium-sized company, he developed six divisional managers, controlled all subordinate divisional processes, and led various functions, including finance and controlling, human resources, IT services, logistics, purchasing, and facility management. Marc was also the CFO of an international company, where he led a team of eight financial specialists and designed and operated a financial management system that ensured the companies’ profitability, liquidity, and security.

Moreover, Marc served as the Head of Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, and Administration, and Deputy Managing Director at a multinational company. In this role, he redesigned the company’s organizational structure to align with the strategic direction, defined and managed the finance and controlling, human resources, and administration processes, and ensured compliance with labour and financial laws and regulations.

Marc has a strong academic background and holds several professional certifications, including a federal diploma in finance and accounting, a federal diploma in human resources management, a professional education in labour law, and training in personnel consultancy and branch management. Additionally, he has completed various management training courses.

Apart from his professional achievements, Marc has a passion for animals. In his free time, he enjoys riding and competing with his reining horses. He was also the president of the Central Swiss regional association of the Swiss Kennel Club for six years and an instructor and chief expert for the training of service and utility dogs of the police, military, and border guard for nine years.
