Guru Mani

Guru has extensive experience as a search consultant and recruitment expert across the markets and geographies of Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Dubai, India, and the broader APAC region. During a career spanning over 28 years, he has lived and worked across these countries, initially in the technology sales domain and later as a recruiter.

He has led recruitment teams across various sectors including technology, telecom, financial services, retail, consumer, and life sciences. He has developed expertise across functions including sales and marketing, technology, and corporate functions for mid-level and senior management executives. He brings strong domain and functional knowledge within digital transformation and technology across industries.

Guru holds the unique advantage of understanding the APAC region through his personal experiences of living and working in multiple countries. He uses this knowledge in aligning with the diverse cultures of his clients and helping them hire the right-fit candidate.

Guru is also a trained coach and provides coaching especially around change and transformation for business leaders. He is a member of ICF.

Guru holds a postgraduate degree in e-commerce from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia, and an executive certificate in leadership and people management from Singapore Management University. He has bachelor’s in commerce from Delhi University, India.

Guru is a Singapore citizen and lives there with his wife and teenage son. In his leisure time, he likes to watch movies and sports. He is also a fitness enthusiast and an avid runner.
