Gert Herold
Gert is a founding member of Stanton Chase Vienna and one of the best versed executive search consultants in Austria. He offers more than 30 years of experience in executive search and human resources consulting in Austria and Western Europe, CEE/SEE, and Asia. He successfully managed more than 800 assignments for clients in various industries, mainly focusing on the industrial (construction material, chemical, automotive, pulp and paper, mechanical engineering) and consumer goods and services sectors.
Gert served as Managing Partner of the Vienna office and as VP EMEA of Stanton Chase, playing a key role in establishing the unique office network of Stanton Chase in CEE/SEE. Subsequently he was Global Practice Leader Industrial of Stanton Chase for many years.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Gert was a Partner with two other global top-five executive search firms and worked as a strategy consultant for a leading international consulting firm, where he was involved in projects in Austria, Western Europe, and the United States.
As a Senior Partner of Stanton Chase Vienna, Gert focuses on executive assessments, board assessments, and board services.
Gert is certified in HOGAN assessments, received MINDONE trainings, and is a Hofstede Insights Cultural Ambassador.
Gert holds a master’s degree from Vienna’s University of Economics and Business Administration. He is fluent in German and English and speaks some French
