Fatih is a passionate leadership adviser, executive coach, and high-end headhunter.
He is a former Accenture executive and has more than 20 years of experience in organizational, leadership, and HR management consulting as well as coaching and assessments.
Being a certified psychotherapist, he is very keen on sustainably supporting both personality development and functional growth by creating awareness and an expanding view on the executive role. Within this context, his role is to comprehensively accompany his international clients on their transformational journey by supporting them in shaping functional organizations, developing effective teams, and attracting high-caliber executives.
Having grown up in several cultural spheres, cultural diversity is something of which he is inherently aware and which helps his clients avoid pitfalls derived from unconscious bias.
He holds an MBA from Gießen University. In addition, he is a certified executive coach with a focus on psychology of change and a certified Gestalt Therapist. He is married and has two sons.
