Carolyn Alford Cason

Lyn has over 20 years of professional search consultant experience along with her extensive background in media, consumer services, and the nonprofit and education sectors. As co-chair of Stanton Chase’s Global Diversity Practice, she helped to build the organization’s leadership initiatives. Lyn is dedicated to helping organizations succeed locally and globally, knowing they profit most fully when they’re open to strategies gained from senior-level executives with different ethnic, gender, and cultural backgrounds.

Lyn has executed numerous senior management assignments for clients in the media, technology, nonprofit, and education fields. In the past four years, she has completed search assignments for the University of Southern California, American Institute of Physics, PBS, NPR, and various public media stations nationwide.

She currently serves on the board of directors at Executive Alliance, a catalyst for women leaders, www.executivealliance.org.  She also serves as an Advisory Director for the Pasadena CA Connective Leadership Institute, a training firm renowned for developing leaders for the 21st century.

Lyn received a B.A. in broadcast communications from the California State University of San Francisco, and an executive M.B.A. in management from the Peter Drucker Graduate School at Claremont University. She also completed a fellowship in applied behavioral sciences at Johns Hopkins University.
