Based in Greece, Andriana is a Partner at the Athens office of Stanton Chase. She holds a high level of expertise as a consultant in talent acquisition and executive assessment mainly focused on the consumer products and services and professional services sectors. Additionally, Andriana leads the leadership and organizational culture advisory services for the local office.

Through her long experience in the field of executive recruitment and recent work on cultural transformation and organizational development projects, she has accumulated a strategic understanding of the tangible interlink between effective leadership and a healthy organizational culture.

Andriana finds it truly rewarding to watch a company thrive under the new leadership of a successful placement and thus unlocking the collective potential of the whole team.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Andriana worked within the HR department of an international cement company, a position from which she also gained valuable client-side insights.

Andriana holds an M.A. in human resources and knowledge management from Lancaster University, UK, and a B.Sc. in marketing and communications from Athens University of Economics and Business. She is a Hofstede Insights certified practitioner and a qualified user of assessment and personal development tools.
