Simpson Nondo
Simpson Nondo has over 30 years’ corporate management experience, 20 of which have been in executive search. Before co-founding the Stanton Chase Johannesburg office in 2006, he was with Woodburn Mann Executive Search. Before that, Simpson ran his own recruitment firm, Intellectual Resources Consulting. His corporate management experience before executive search spanned across the advertising, financial services, and telecommunication industries in marketing and business development functions.
Simpson has executed numerous top-level search business assignments, both locally and across the African continent. He holds a bachelor’s of business studies (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe, an MBA from Wits Business School, and a Marketing Management Diploma SA. In 2016, Simpson also completed the Advanced Program for Executive Search and Leadership Consulting, from Cornell University, School of Industrial & Labor Relations.
