As Head of Outplacement, she was responsible for all relationship with Executive Search’s companies.
As Executive Search Specialist at Stanton Chase (1998 – 2016), she was responsible for conducting technical and commercial projects, since prospecting up to delivering the searches. Strong ability in customer relationships, new business development, in-depth market knowledge, and partnership building.
She has provided career development services to Executives (Senior Management, Directors and C-level) and other levels (Coordinators, Supervisors, Specialists), as well as provided services in Executive Search for companies as GKN, Daimler, UHG, JHFS, Kohler, Autopass, Bristol Myers Squibb, Citibank, Indra, Danaher, Gilbarco, Itaú, Kraft, Reneer, Makro, Serveng, Wall Mart, Zara, GE, Vivo, Lyoness, Natexo, NCR, Sotreq, Avon, Nestlé, HSBC, Kraft, Cecrisa, Carrefour, among others.
