Rainer Laber

Rainer Laber is a Partner at the Stanton Chase Stuttgart office. He has spent 28 years in leading positions at large automotive enterprises and the automotive leasing and service industry before switching to personnel consulting in 2016.

Having started his career at level one and two in the car and truck manufacturing industry in 1994, he took over responsibility as CEO for the international fleet management division of one of the global certification and testing players in 2012.

Today, he is focused on new mobility solutions and the ongoing restructuring of the classic automotive industry. His continued personal involvement in this environment gives him an in-depth understanding of trends in this new and fast-growing discipline and the necessary profiles of future leaders.

Rainer holds a master’s degree in administration. He is married and is a father of two adult children and enjoys reading English literature in his spare time.
