Nisha Pillay brings well over a decade of executive search experience working across various industries and functional areas, focusing on C-suite and Non-executive Director appointments. Her primary focus lies within the financial services, telecommunications, mining, retail, and manufacturing / industrial sectors.

Her executive search experience includes stints at leading search firms such as Spencer Stuart, Odgers  Berndtson, and Korn Ferry.

She has been responsible for a number of key board appointments in the industrial sector, as well as senior executives in both local and multinational companies. Her experience includes working across the continent on several key assignments for companies based in Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Zambia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe.

Her earlier career was with a global executive search firm in a research function, where she developed a strong research and process methodology.
