Monica is a specialist in marketing, customer experience, and market research with more than 12 years of experience.

Before working at Stanton Chase, Mónica worked as a market research consultant for national and international brands, mainly in the consumer and retail sector. She had the opportunity to contribute to business strategy processes triggered by research, innovation workshops, and market trends.

Previously, she worked at American Express as a Premium Products Manager where she developed marketing strategies for top financial products with a focus on customer experience and benefit development for cardholders. In addition, she has years of experience improving the performance of customer service teams in Contact Centers.

Mónica has a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from CESSA and the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as an international master’s in marketing from EADA in Barcelona Spain.
