Kim Arlund Nørgaard

Kim is a Partner at Stanton Chase Copenhagen and is responsible for executive search activities within the Technology, Professional Services, and Natural Resources & Energy sectors. Kim brings with him more than 20 years of management and leadership experience from the ICT and Energy technology sectors.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Kim was the Global Vice President and was a part of the Executive Board of the Elster Group in Germany. There he headed the company’s global product portfolio, which included Sales, and Marketing, as well as being responsible for strategy development and execution.

Earlier in Kim’s career, he worked in both Switzerland and Germany for 10 years, and with his mixed background (Danish and Austrian), he has a unique insight into the cultural interactions between the Nordics and DACH countries.

Over the years, Kim has developed his expertise in Management, Technology, Professional Services, and Sales & Marketing. He has also led a number of change management programs.

Kim holds a dual degree in Engineering and in Business Administration. He has also completed various Management Courses such as Board Certificate and financial and economic coursework.
