
Hans Oort
After a brief career in accountancy, Hans developed a successful career in human resources management. Over the years, he has continued to hold more and more senior
HR roles at a variety of companies and developed broad experience, having worked in transportation, high-tech industry, technology and media, and security printing. His previous roles included Group HR Director for listed companies such as Telegraaf Media Group, ERIKS/Aalberts Industries, and Joh. Enschedé.
In 2014 Hans, through his own company, started working in the human resources consulting and executive search industry, supporting clients on strategic HR issues and working with executive search consultants and their clients to bring the best possible candidates.
When Hans joined Stanton Chase, which felt like coming home. Working with the Partners at the Amsterdam office, Hans has helped Stanton Chase clients in national and international searches. He has developed an extensive knowledge of technology and high-tech clients and roles.
Hans holds double bachelor’s degrees: a B.A. of Nyenrode (general management) and
a B.A. in human resources. He speaks four languages, and his hobbies include stand-up paddle boarding, cooking, and a great love for Italy, which has become his second home.
