With more than 12 years in Executive Recruiting, Falco has successfully conducted assignments for clients on the General Management, Business Unit Director, Commercial and Financial Management levels, with a special focus on commercially oriented profiles.

He has also worked extensively for the Industrial and Automotive Sector and serves as the Firms Global Sector Leader Automotive where he has gained Sector Knowledge and Insights when recruiting specialized Executives. He is familiar with recruiting for both small and medium companies, as well as Global Stock listed companies with an international search approach.

Falco’s extensive experience and successful track record in Industrial/Automotive recruitment provide a strong foundation and thorough understanding of trends and changes impacting the industry. His ability to quickly build relationships with Industrial professionals has resulted in an extensive network of proven leaders and industry experts. His clients value his strategic leadership and insight, as well as his aptitude for identifying executives who match the unique needs and culture of their organization.

From the time he began his career as a trainee with the German-British Chamber of Commerce in London, Falco’s main goal has been to foster long-term business relationships based on tailor-made solutions for his clients.

Falco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Aachen and a Master’s Degree in International Management from the University of Muenster. He speaks fluent English and German, and has some working knowledge in French.
