Christian Lépolard serves Stanton Chase as Regional Practice Group Leader Industrial for the APAC region. Being based in Shanghai, China, he is also a Director and member of Stanton Chase’s Greater China team that covers Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan.
Christian has worked in recruitment and executive search for over 17 years, both in Russia and China, and executed many senior and executive search mandates across all functions and many industries. While in China, he spent three years working in Suzhou, the industrial hub of Eastern China, and focused especially on the automotive, chemicals, renewable energy, and packaging sectors. He works with both large corporations and smaller businesses.
Christian holds a bachelor’s degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg, France, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Friedrich-Alexander University in Nuremberg, Germany. He is a certified user of Thomas’s DISC, Saville’s Wave and Hogan assessment tools. Besides his native French, he speaks fluent English and Russian, with very good German and intermediate Italian.
