Boudewijn Wilmink

Boudewijn Wilmink is a Partner at the Stanton Chase Amsterdam office. He is a member of the Industrial Practice Group and has particular expertise and knowledge in chemicals, engineering, construction and building materials, packaging, industrial equipment and components, maritime, and renewable energy.

He began his career in the recruitment industry in 2001. A trusted business partner with a pragmatic and down-to-earth mindset, a broad C-level network, and a proven track record within the industrial practice, Boudewijn advises boards, CEOs, and senior business executives in their organizational and leadership challenges. He works on assignments in leadership and succession, talent monitoring, and executive assessments.

His clients are multinationals, family-owned businesses, and investors’ portfolio companies with strong ambitions in growth and/or transformation. They value him for his deep understanding of their business and culture, authenticity in building lasting connections with clients as well as candidates, and a constant commitment to deliver.
Boudewijn graduated with a B.A. in marketing and management in Utrecht, The Netherlands. His hobbies and interests include hockey, skiing, and cooking, and he has a passion for the country Italy.
