Alexandra Lekkou

Alexandra joined the Stanton Chase Athens office in January 2020, where she leads leadership and organizational culture services.

She brings long industry experience in big organizations, multinational and Greek, primarily in the technology sector, where she played a key role in change and transformation programs.

Through roles across HR management functions, she gained a deep as well as broad expertise and know-how, with a focus on Culture and Talent Management.

Her subject matter expertise is blended with a more strategic and business approach, gained from working closely with business leaders.

During a big part of her career, she also had the opportunity to lead functions across countries and be a part of cross-cultural teams.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Alexandra was a Senior HR Manager in WIND Hellas for 6 years.

Alexandra holds an MA in Psychology from the University of Sussex and a BSc in Sociology from Panteion University, and is a certified coach.
