Located in this picturesque coastal Basque city just a few kilometers from the French border, we specialize in providing executive search and management assessment services to clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, which comprise 80% of our dedicated work. We also focus on transversal positions and the evaluation of executives and management teams.

Our team is made up of former Directors of HR and organizations with a combined experience of more than 50 years in managing industrial projects and developing local companies, both family and cooperative, as well as multinational companies. We’ve gained experience everywhere from organizations to factories to multinationals with complex organizational change processes, we are proud to offer our clients our greatest competitive advantage: a true understanding of what the executive search process really requires in the recruitment of managers – at every step of the way.

Here’s what you can expect from us. We always work under exclusivity and never on success fees. We work at a “fixed fee” per process, set at the start, based on the complexity; the fee is calculated based on the resources and time required for each executive search process.

We pride ourselves on our transparency, which is the hallmark of our communication with clients. With clients we are always clear on what is feasible and what the limits are. Candidates, for their part, can trust that they are getting the real facts about the process in which they are participating.

Final candidates undergo evaluation by two of our senior Consultants, who are industry experts, which provides the valuable insight of more than 30 years’ experience in each process.
