Winnie Lee is a consultant at Stanton Chase Korea, where she specializes in the Healthcare and Consumer Products and Services industries, particularly in the Luxury and Retail sectors. She is known for her sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented approach, making her an expert in meeting client requirements in specialized market segments.

As an executive consultant, Winnie tackles complex and challenging tasks, often behind the scenes, balancing demands from multiple stakeholders who often have conflicting interests. Despite this, she is known for being an expert at striking a balance and ensuring all stakeholders feel satisfied. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Winnie spent 26 years in Senior Purser roles at a top international airline.

Winnie has received multiple leadership certifications through her previous employers‘ training programs, further refining her advanced management skills for her consultant role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in German interpretation and translation from HanKuk University of Foreign Studies.
