Volker is a Partner in the Duesseldorf office, and he brings more than 20 years of consulting experience in executive and professional search in several industrial sectors and functions. He specializes in positions for medium-sized clients, with a particular dedication to roles and functions related to engineering.

Volker uses his broad consulting experience in Eastern Europe and his robust network in order to fill specialist and management positions. With a deep understanding of the importance of cultural fit as a key factor for a successful executive recruitment, his work benefits all involved parties, clients, and candidates.

Volker studied Business Administration at the University of Duisburg-Essen, focusing on HR-Management and HR organization. Prior to that, he completed vocational training as a banker.

In his spare time he likes fishing, hunting, and discovering new places around the world.
