Tony Kang is the Managing Director of Stanton Chase Korea. He has over 23 years of experience working for various leading multinational pharmaceutical, medical device, and optical companies in Korea and the United States. During his career, he developed extensive leadership and business experience and an unparalleled track record of success in the healthcare industry. He previously served in a senior marketing capacity at Eli Lilly in the US. Thereafter, he served as General Manager for companies such as Allergan Korea, Biopol Korea, and Carl Zeiss Vision Korea.
In the past 12 years as the leader of Stanton Chase Korea, Tony has utilized his previous experience and ventured into management consulting, specializing in executive search, executive assessment, and leadership advisory. He is a reputable market expert across the Industrial, Consumer Products Services, and Healthcare sectors.
Tony is a certified assessor for Hogan Assessments, Hofstede Insights Organizational Cultural Assessments, and Gallup Strengths Coaching. He holds an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics & Business and a Bachelor’s degree from the Veterinary Medical School of Jeonbuk National University.
