Tim Fetzer
Tim serves as a Director at Stanton Chase’s Nashville office. With over a decade of global search experience, Tim has a passion for driving change through leadership recruitment and assessment. His career in executive search began at a technology staffing company in Stuttgart, Germany, where he served as a Researcher. Quickly realizing his ability to identify the best-suited candidates for search assignments, he then moved into a consultant role at an executive search company in Frankfurt, Germany.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Tim was recruited as a Partner at a boutique executive search firm specializing in technology and software sales in Munich, Germany. During this time, Tim successfully completed numerous searches in the CIO, CSO, CTO, and management roles in sales for DAX 40 companies, financial institutions, and numerous start-ups. Tim’s success can be attributed to his direct and no-nonsense communication approach with his clients and candidates, as well as his innate ability to understand their needs.
Tim received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) from the Hult International Business School in London, UK. A native of Germany, he has lived in Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and all over Germany. He now resides in Nashville, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, golf, and spending time with his family.
