Thorsten Schneider

Thorsten is a Partner in the Stanton Chase Düsseldorf office.

Thorsten’s passion and focus lies in advising customers in the Aerospace and Defense and Maritime industries. Since 2011, Thorsten has been successfully assisting his clients in these fields by filling a wide range of positions, from specialists to managing directors and board members, including management audits. In the Aerospace and Defense business sector he has intensively networked internationally, especially in the DACH region.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Thorsten was a partner in executive search. His consulting function is based on his training as an officer in the German Air Force, a degree in educational science, and many years of broad-based experience in HR functions such as Head of Personnel Development, Head of Talent Management, and Head of Human Resources. There, Thorsten worked in the structures of family businesses, corporate groups and governorates and got to know their characteristics.

Thorsten is married, has 3 daughters and lives with his family in the Wittgensteiner Bergland, where he is engaged in forestry.
