Tamara Severi

Tamara Severi has 11 years of experience in executive search, both on domestic and international levels. Tamara started her career in executive search in 2006 when she successfully developed the Healthcare practice from scratch. In doing so, she leveraged her prior leadership experience as a sales manager at a pharmaceutical company.

Over the years, Tamara has developed sector expertise in the areas of Life Sciences, Consumer Products, and Manufacturing. She has successfully managed client assignments at the Executive and Senior Management levels. She is an ‘expert-member’ of the international Healthcare Practice Advisory Group, in which she takes leadership in guiding roles on several international assignments.

Tamara holds a Master Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Leuven, as well as a Doctoral degree in Medical Sciences from the Internal Medicine (Hepatology) department of UZ Gasthuisberg Leuven, followed by a FWO post-doc.  She is fluent in Dutch, French, English and Spanish and a proud mother of a 5-year old daughter. Tamara enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her motto: keep it simple, keep the focus and stretch the limits. She enjoys simple things, such as good food, travelling (to Spanish speaking countries), writing children books and running. She recently ran the NY marathon.
