
Suzanne Carroll
Suzanne is the Research Director at the Stanton Chase Los Angeles office. She supports the Directors by spearheading research as well as launching recruiting initiatives for executive search engagements across the enterprise.
Over the course of her 30-year career in both retained executive search and corporate talent acquisition, Suzanne has worked in top-caliber retained executive search firms as well as renowned Fortune 500 and private corporations. Her experience spans a broad array of industries and functions from entry-level to Board of Director level positions.
Previously, Suzanne served as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Accenture, LLP, a leading global professional services company. She drove talent acquisition for financial services management consulting, specifically finance and risk, including the optimization of talent acquisition initiatives. In prior roles, Suzanne served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Antares Capital. After the firm was divested from G.E. Capital, she focused on building the finance, HR, and IT departments in addition to recruiting and hiring for key positions across all business units. Suzanne also served in a corporate talent acquisition managerial role, as she was recruited by one of her clients, Optimal Strategix Group, a global marketing strategy, research/insights, analytics and technology firm, to join in a newly created role. As Head of Talent Acquisition, she developed global talent acquisition processes and procedures in addition to optimizing global full life cycle recruiting.
Her previous experience includes tenure at several top 10 global executive search firms including The Carlyle Group, Ray & Berndtson, and DHR International. In this capacity, Suzanne served in business development, client account management, and execution roles for clients in an array of industries, including a variety of functions on a global scale.
Suzanne earned a bachelor of science in education/special education K-12 from Illinois State University. While teaching, she worked on her MEd degree in educational psychology at Loyola University Chicago.
