Steve Duffy

Steve Duffy is an Advisory Director at Stanton Chase, active in the Financial Services and Non-Profit practices in Los Angeles. He has been with the firm for over 20 years and has completed over 100 retained searches in both disciplines.

His background in the financial services industry is extensive, spanning 45 years. Prior to joining Stanton Chase in 1999, he spent over 25 years with both mega and super regional banks, as well as with a boutique investment banking firm.

Steve received an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California. He also attended the Pacific Coast Banking School. He is an active volunteer and has given of his time to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, and American Martyr’s Catholic Church in the South Bay. He was a professor with the Los Angeles Community College System and served as a volunteer on the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee.
