Scott Bretschneider
Scott shares 32 years in retained international and domestic executive search consulting experience. His global experience includes living and working in Japan, across the United States, and completing assignments around the world, including in China.
Scott recently recruited executives for CEO, CTO, CFO, Chief Medical Officer, SVP Regulatory Affairs, SVP Quality Compliance Manufacturing Technology, and Controller positions for clients in our Private Equity and Life Sciences & Healthcare practice groups. He also recently placed VPs of Marketing, R&D, e-Commerce, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations for clients in our Consumer Products and Services Practice Group. Additionally, he has experience in executive search assignments for VP Platform Technology and VP Digital Transformation roles for our Technology Practice Group clients.
Scott’s relationship with Stanton Chase started 19 years ago when he was part of the team that opened the San Francisco office. For a decade, Scott recruited leaders for the posts of Chief Executive Officer and others in advertising, e-commerce, business development, marketing, manufacturing and design, merchandising, and sales. He led Stanton Chase Memphis from 2014 to 2016. Thereafter, he returned to California to lead Stanton Chase San Diego as part of the Stanton Chase Pacific team. Today, he continues his successful practice in Los Angeles.
Scott graduated from Temple University, Tokyo campus with a B.A. in psychology, sociology, and history. His executive search consulting career started in Tokyo during the telecom and advertising boom. During this time, he partnered with Tokyo subsidiary offices of Fortune 500 and middle market companies.
