Robin Bozek

Robin joined Stanton Chase after starting his executive search career at the Japan Desk of a boutique executive search firm, where he supported Japanese companies in finding the right talent for their specific needs. He covered a broad variety of industries such as chemicals, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive and mechanical engineering, with a focus on commercial, accounting, and logistic functions.

His experience of living in Japan for one year deepened Robin’s understanding of the Japanese language and culture. This enables him to advise his clients in attracting leaders and professionals whose personality matches the organizational processes and workflows of Japanese companies. By offering counsel in regard to intercultural differences, he achieves his goal of ensuring long-term success for both clients and candidates.

Robin holds a Master’s Degree in East Asian Politics & Society as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Studies and speaks fluent German, English, and Japanese. In his leisure time, he enjoys sports, reading and traveling to new places.
