Rob van Dijk

Rob van Dijk is an experienced executive who initially developed a career in human resources. Having worked with companies such as PinkRoccade – Technology, Philip Morris – Consumer Goods, Crucell – Life Sciences / Biotechnology and Maersk – Supply Chain and Logistics, he made the switch to executive search.

Gaining experience with a renowned local firm in the Netherlands, Rob found he missed the international aspects of the role too much. Bringing experience in leadership development, talent management, and change management in addition to having delivered a plethora of senior executive searches, he is a trusted adviser at the C-level.

Within Stanton Chase, Rob focuses on industry, energy, and logistics, next to his functional specialization in human resources. As a Hogan-certified consultant, he will play an active part in Stanton Chase’s fast-growing leadership development and assessment practices.

Rob graduated with a B.A. in human resources and attended a number of leadership courses at IMD in Switzerland. He loves basketball, these days as a spectator, but in his early years, he played on the Dutch National youth team. He lives with his family in the Dutch countryside, not far from Amsterdam.
