Rick has over 40 years of experience in corporate human resources and executive search. He has extensive search experience in the recruitment of senior level to C-Suite executives across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, food, consumer products, and high technology. His clients have ranged from start-up ventures to Fortune 100 companies, with a special emphasis on the functional areas of marketing, sales, human resources, manufacturing, and general management. In addition, Rick is certified in Hogan’s three core personality-based assessments.
Rick has rejoined Stanton Chase as part of the Atlanta office after previously spending three years with the Chicago office. Rick’s executive search career also includes founding and leading his own firm for 18 years. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Vice President at a regional boutique search firm located in Chicago. On the corporate side, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for CCC Information Services, one of the largest providers of information services and software to the automotive insurance industry. He also led the human resource function at System Software Associates (SSA), a leading provider of MRP software. His earlier human resources career involved both corporate and divisional management roles at Baxter Healthcare.
Rick holds a degree in management and psychology from Purdue University. He has served on several civic and church Boards. Rick and his wife, Jane, have three adult children and five grandchildren. Away from work, he loves to spend time with his family, travel, golf, and work out.
