Rick Davis

Rick has over 25 years of senior level executive search experience within the oil and gas industry and related financial services sectors. Prior to joining Stanton Chase in 2002, Rick operated his own search practice (Alliance Energy Services) for over seven years, assisting both U.S. and multi-national oil and gas clients with their management needs throughout North and South America, West Africa, Indonesia and the Middle East.

Prior to establishing Alliance Energy, Rick spent 15 years with the executive search division of KPMG Peat Marwick, later known as Foster Partners. During his tenure with the firm, he served as the Managing Director for the Southwest Region with responsibility for up to six consultants in the KPMG Dallas and Houston offices providing recruiting services across a broad range of industries including energy, banking and financial services, hospitality, real estate and insurance.

Rick graduated from Austin College with a B.A. degree in Business Administration and has worked with many civic and academic institutions including the Greater Dallas Planning Council, the University of Texas at Dallas Citizens Council and the University of North Texas Accounting Department. He is also a past board member of the Austin College National Alumni Association and past President of the school’s „A“ Association.
