Richard is a Director at the Stanton Chase Houston office. He has 20-plus years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Richard’s client base represents a broad spectrum of industries: natural resources, renewables, technology, industrial services, infrastructure, utility, chemicals, diversified manufacturing and professional service. He has successfully executed complex and highly nuanced engagements at the C-Suite, President, and Vice President levels for various public and privately held companies.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Richard was the lead energy Partner at Odgers Berndtson, where he developed and led the firm’s sector practice.
Richard’s 10-year tenure at Korn Ferry culminated as the Sector Leader for a division of Korn Ferry where he led the firm’s energy practice and developed an integrated retained search solution.
He joined the executive search business with a broad range of corporate experience, working closely with top-level executives to develop strategic initiatives and implementing effective organizational change. Richard’s other experience includes energy commodities, where he originated and structured natural gas supply agreements and traded physical contracts.
Richard graduated from the University of Notre Dame.
