Panos Manolopoulos
Panos is the Managing Partner of the Dubai office and one of the main shareholders in Stanton Chase Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Bucharest, Romania, and Moscow, Russia. He has been a member of the firm since 2003, and he has served as Regional and Global Practice Leader of Consumer Products & Services, Board member Vice Chairman Regions, Vice President of Europe Middle East & Africa, Board member Vice Chairman Business Excellence, and most recently Global Practice Leader Board and CEO Services. He is also one of the main shareholders of Action Coach Middle East.
Before joining Stanton Chase, Panos served as Chief Administrator of the University of Wales Swansea, Athens Campus, and Managing Director of IKRP/RECON, one of the largest regional Law Business Consulting firms in Southeast Europe.
Panos completed Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School, Leadership Best Practices, Wharton Business School in Leading and Developing People, Cornell University, e-learning program on Executive Leadership, and Cambridge University in Negotiation Strategies. Additionally, he graduated from the American European Academy in Austria, the Council of Europe and the European Academy in Sweden, Junior Chamber International where he served as a National President for Greece in 2003.
Panos holds an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the American University of Athens, and his postgraduate studies are with distinction from the University of Lancaster on Diplomacy. His thesis received a special recognition from the Hellenic Ministry of National Defense. He also holds a postgraduate diploma from the Officers Academy (ranked 1st) from the Officers Academy, Ministry of National Defense with focus on Economics/Strategic Defense.
Panos is a member of multiple professional associations worldwide. He was awarded, as CEO, the “Best Consulting Company of 2000 in Romania” award and the “Young Entrepreneur Award” for three consecutive years.
He has also published over 100 articles internationally on financial and business issues, participated in more than 50 global and regional Financial and HR Conferences as a keynote speaker, and contributed to a number of television and radio presentations in several countries. Under his management, the Stanton Chase Romanian office was awarded “Office of the Year” in 2006 and 2007.
Panos has lived permanently in the United Arab Emirates since 2007 with his wife and two children.
