Özlem Tutkan

Özlem is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Istanbul. She serves as the lead consultant for Stanton Chase Istanbul’s Technology Practice Group, covering the entire technology industry from software to IT consulting, advanced technologies, telecommunications, data science, and technology startups. She delivers search assignments for technical management roles across several industries and is an expert in competency-based interviewing, talent mapping, salary comparison, and leadership assessments.

Özlem has more than 24 years of experience in the technology industry and four years of experience in HR consulting firms. She spent 11 years at PwC. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of IT service management, service excellence, project management, and vendor management. She later joined Adidas where she eventually became a regional IT Head and served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the last six years of her 11-year tenure. At Adidas, Özlem worked on IT strategy, IT leadership, IT governance, digital transformation, ERP and retail solutions, change management, business intelligence, business process design, and team building, as well as the Adidas SAP Roll-out implementation.

Özlem holds a BA degree from the Istanbul University Engineering Faculty with a major in chemical engineering. She is fluent in English with a basic understanding of German. Besides her role at Stanton Chase, she volunteers for organizations focusing on women’s empowerment and gender equality in the technology industry.
