Nawal Bayari

Nawal Bayari is a partner at Stanton Chase Middle East in the Financial Services Practice. She is a UAE National with over 22 years of banking experience in the region. She has worked with American Express Private Banking, Standard Chartered International Banking, Barclays Bank Emerging Markets, and spearheaded strategy and transformation for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

Nawal is a subject matter expert in wealth management, digital transformation, and commercial banking. Her expertise in both local and international banks has also spanned across corporate governance, internal controls, executive coaching, multi-channel digitalization, and culture.

She has held numerous positions in financial services such as Head of Strategy, Chief of Staff, and Head of Distribution and Transformation. She is an expert in transformation and a leader in the field working alongside external consultants and decision-makers whether on the executive, board of directors, or investor/stakeholder level.

Nawal holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Ascencia Business School.
