Nadi Fakhoury

Nadi Fakhoury is the Partner leading the Energy and Natural Resources Practice at Stanton Chase in the Middle East. He also founded and leads a private HR (human resources) Consulting firm, PPL Consult, which specializes in HR consulting, organizational structures, and transformation. Nadi has more than 30 years of experience in HR, organizational structure, and transformation. He has collaborated with and extensively advised professionals at different leadership levels in the MENA region across various industries.

Nadi Fakhoury has worked with multi-national companies, local, and family businesses covering industries such as logistics and freight, oil and gas, FMCG, consulting, telecommunications, construction, and EPC. In addition to his regional roles in the ME&A region, he has also served in global roles where he was involved in building an HR academy (specifically for Agility), implementing a global HRMS, compliance, and crafting global policies and procedures for HR.

Nadi Fakhoury has held HR leadership roles with companies such as Accenture, Agility, M1 Group (Investcom), NFPC, NPCC, Petrofac, Dana Gas, and EMDAD Group. His consulting clients include, among others, Petrofac, Agility, FedEx, Hollister, Saudi Bin Laden, Cedar Bridge PE, NFPC/Bin Hamoodah Group, Kids First Group, MVP, KAF, and Fresh Express.

Nadi holds a BA in Economics from  American American University of Beirut and has attended a multitude of HR and leadership programs run by MIT, Cornell, Wharton, Stanton Chase/IFC, Hay, Mercer, Hofstede, and Hogan.
