Merve Yucealpan
Merve is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Istanbul. She leads the office’s Life Sciences and Healthcare, Consumer Products, and Professional Services Practices. She has taken on a leading role in the development and execution of many strategic senior-level executive search assignments in Turkey.
Merve joined Stanton Chase Istanbul in 2007, the year it was founded. Her previous experience includes several years with another leading executive search firm. She draws on her deep industry and consulting experience to advise clients on senior-level executive search, culture, and talent transformation strategies.
Merve represents Stanton Chase Istanbul at the French Chamber of Commerce. One of her focus areas is French companies entering the Turkish market and looking to restructure or further their growth.
Merve holds a BA degree in sociology from Koc University and an Executive MBA with a human resources concentration from Bilgi University. Additionally, she graduated from the Co-Active Coach Training Program. She is fluent in both English and French. She is also a congress member of the Beşiktaş JK football club.
