Maria Zamfirescu

Maria is a Research Associate at Stanton Chase Bucharest. Previously, she worked as a Recruitment Administrator for a large multinational company where she provided support to hiring managers and recruiters across the EMEA region, helping to structure and make the hiring process more efficient.

Maria is hardworking, organized, and friendly, always eager to satisfy the needs of her peers and adhere to the „quality over quantity“ principle.

Maria graduated from the Faculty of Business and Administration in 2019 and completed a master’s degree in Sociology in 2021 at the UNESCO Chair in Bucharest, Romania.

In her free time, Maria enjoys reading, volunteering, and traveling.
