With over 30 years’ experience in executive search’s recruiting, Marcelo offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise across a wide variety of industries, specializing in placing several senior-level executives and middle-level management.

His previous experience includes working for large corporations from mining and industrial sector in several HR’s strategic roles, as well as working for well-known Brazilian retained search firms.

In addition to that, Marcelo has assisted clients in talent acquisition’s projects as Independent Consultant throughout the last 20 years for general management roles and numerous functional areas including information technology, product management, engineering, finance, sales, operations, supply chain, procurement, and human resources.

Marcelo received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
