Luana Cosma
Luana is a senior professional with more than 17 years of experience, out of which 13+ years have been in human resources services. Before joining Stanton Chase, Luana specialized in search services, assessment, and development centers for the executive division of an international firm. Prior to that, she was involved in international recruitment.
Her industry expertise covers logistics, banking, professional services, technology, healthcare and life sciences, and industrial firms (production, heavy equipment, construction, and aeronautics).
Luana has a degree in Law from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and a master’s in Private Comparative Law (in French). She also holds a Hogan Assessment Certification, a Hofstede Insights Organizational Cultural Assessments certification, and an SHL Certification both for assessment and competency-based interviews. She also completed the Profiles International Methodology Course and is trained in DISC personality profile. Luana is fluent in English and French. She is passionate about education and enjoys travelling.
