Lacy Prairie

Lacy joined the Stanton Chase team in 2017 as a Research Associate. She began her journey in executive search early in her career as a Research Assistant at a global firm. Over the years, Lacy has successfully built and maintained a solid background working in the human resources and consumer products and services industries.

After entering the world of executive search, Lacy traveled abroad, serving the Department of Commerce at the American Embassy of Kuwait. As a spouse of an active-duty Army Officer, Lacy has supported numerous military organizations. She was appointed to senior leadership and advisory positions for the units’ Family Support Groups. She was also trained and educated on several Department of Defense family member programs that focus on preparing family members during long and stressful military deployments.

In addition to working for Stanton Chase, Lacy stays busy raising her two teenage sons and volunteering in her local community and church. Lacy holds a degree in paralegal studies from the American Military University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her family.
