Koenraad is Stanton Chase’s Global Advisory Leader for Assessment and Succession Planning. He specializes in assisting clients with executive assessment, board assessment, and coaching, and directs Stanton Chase’s worldwide succession planning and leadership assessment initiatives. Koenraad also supports his clients when it comes to executive search, specifically in industrial markets, the public sector, and the technology and professional services industries.

Koenraad is a certified psychologist specialized in talent management and leadership. He has delivered a significant number of international assessments and development center projects all over the globe. His clients are both international corporate firms and family owned or local businesses. He also has a strong track record in working with the European institutions. Koenraad gained experience in developing competency frameworks, leadership development programs, competency-based interview trainings, coaching at the executive level, and mediation.

As Director of People & Organisation for PwC, Koenraad was responsible for the quality and delivery of projects within the People & Organisation department. His focus was the Talent & Leadership Practice, managing mainly assessment and development management projects from 2016 to 2020.

As a Partner for Cubiks from 2002 to 2015, Koenraad was responsible for account management and business development worldwide. He was also involved directly in assessing and developing C-levels with international clients (assessment and development centers, 360° feedback, leadership development programs, etc.).

As an entrepreneur, Koenraad co-founded ISW-Limits, which offers consultancy on issues such as harassment, mobbing, and inappropriate behavior at work. He was also co-founder of HR-Technologies, offering application tracking systems in recruitment.

Koenraad holds a master’s in clinical psychology (University of Leuven) and a master’s in sexology (University of Leuven). He also completed a postgraduate in HRM (UAMS) and in corporate governance (UAMS). He completed coaching training (Pa Consulting) as well as psychotherapy training (University Zürich).

In his spare time, Koenraad likes to run and enjoys yoga, biking, and golf. He has four grown children scattered around the world whom he likes to visit and spend time with.
