Kevin McGonigle
Based in Atlanta, Kevin McGonigle is a Director for Stanton Chase’s South Central region. Over the span of his 29-year career, he has garnered considerable experience across industries including telecommunications, high tech, financial services, hospitality, consumer goods, and industrial. His career spans five continents and includes prominent Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and family-controlled businesses.
Kevin joins Stanton Chase having spent 12 years at other global executive search firms. Kevin’s expertise encompasses both executive search and leadership assessment, and he has had proven success in helping clients find, evaluate, align, and develop the executive talent required to remain a market leader. He has considerable experience in C-suite leadership assessment, top team effectiveness, succession planning, organizational development, and corporate culture transformations for client companies.
In recent years, Kevin has increasingly focused on serving clients addressing the challenge and opportunity that digital transformation presents for their business. Across every industry, digitalization changes the demands placed on executives, and Kevin helps companies proactively address this. He is passionate about ensuring clients understand the impact of the changing landscape and have their leadership evolve with it.
Prior to his career in executive search, Kevin was Head of Global Talent Assessment & Talent Acquisition for Altisource Portfolio Solutions, a $1 billion real estate and property management company with operations on four continents. Kevin recruited and managed a team that developed competency models, assessment diagnostics, and predictive analytics for the company. Before Altisource, he led the Georgia market for Newport Board Group, a nationwide consulting firm helping mid-sized private and public companies to improve business performance through C-suite and Board advisory work.
Kevin began his career in strategy and operational consulting at A.T. Kearney, Inc. Focused on the industrial, financial services, and supply chain sectors, Kevin led strategic planning and operational process reengineering work in both Europe and North America for Global 1,000 Companies.
Kevin received his master of business administration with a concentration in strategy and finance from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Previously, he earned a B.A. in chemistry and political science from Williams College.
