Julia is a Strategic Operations Manager at Stanton Chase. She supports the Los Angeles office through the entire process of each search mandate with candidate development, industry research, and business development within all industries.

With a passion for process implementation, improvement, and over 15 years of management and executive support throughout retail and logistics, Julia comes with a wealth of knowledge in working diligently to ensure the Los Angeles office is equipped with the right tools and resources to exceed expectations and deliver superior, consistent services to our valued clients.

Julia was born in Port Washington, WI, and raised in Louisville, KY, and now permanently resides in Huntington Beach, CA, with her husband and three children. She is passionate about cooking, health, wellness, and quality family time, and is an avid fan of all Wisconsin sports teams.
